ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All orders will be acknowledged via fax. Please advise customer service immediately of any changes and/or correction that have to be made. All changes must be made in writing.
ARTWORK RETURN POLICY:
Artwork will be returned if clearly requested on the purchase order or requested in writing. Artwork will be shipped via UPS ground. Distributors responsible for freight charges.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations have to be in writing. Phone cancellations are not acceptable. Cancellation charges are determined by the amount of work completed at time of cancellation. Minimum charge is $20.00(z) plus any other cost incurred.
COMPUTING SQUARE INCHES:
The area for custom shape products is measured by multiplying the maximum height by the maximum width. (EX. 3.5” high X 2.5” wide = 8.75 sq. inches).
CONFIRMATION:
All confirming orders must be clearly marked “CONFIRMATION”. Factory is not responsible for duplication if not clearly indicated.
CONSECUTIVE NUMBERING:
The set-up charge for consecutive numbering is $50.00(v). Items are not packed in order. If “in order” packing is required, please contact customer service for a quote. Production time for consecutive numbering orders is 10 working days.
CO-OP PROGRAMS:
Please contact our sales department for information. All Co-ops must be factory authorized to insure proper billing. Purchase orders must indicate co-op program and co-op quote number when submitted, if not, standard catalog charges will apply.
LESS THAN MINIMUM:
Less than minimum not available.
PRICES:
All prices are F.O.B. factory and are subject to change. All orders are billed per this catalog or pre-arranged pricing or quotes. Customers will be notified in writing of any price discrepancy, which must be confirmed by the customer in writing, or production delay may occur. If no confirmation from customer is received, shipment or billing will be considered final. Between column pricing is based on the next lower quantity. For example, orders calling for 175 pieces will be priced at the 100-piece price; orders calling for 750 pieces will be priced at the 500-piece price. Contact factory for quantities larger than shown in catalog. Prices on this site are effective February 1, 2007.
SELF PROMOTIONS:
Items for self promotions will be billed at the end quantity price. Imprint must contain same company name as on the purchase order. Other catalog prices apply.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard production time for most items is 8 working days. Production begins the day AFTER receipt of order with approved artwork and credit. If proof or samples are needed, production time will start after written approval of such. If credit has not been established, production will start after receipt of payment or prior arrangements have been made. Rush service is available on most items. Contact our sales department for production schedule on large quantities.
QUOTES:
No quotes will be honored unless in writing. Factory is not responsible for errors on a verbal quote where written confirmation is not received prior to production. Please reference quote number and date on order. Quotes are valid for 90 days from date of issue.
RE-ORDERS:
There are no art or plate charges for exact re-orders. Plates and artwork are kept on file for 3 years from the last order date. If re-orders are placed more than 3 years after last order date, plate and art charges may apply. A copy and/or color change charge still applies for re-orders with copy and/or color changes. Re-orders must contain the customer number, P.O. number and/or factory job number plus a copy of the artwork to ensure correct artwork is used. If no copy of artwork is supplied, factory will fax a proof at N/C for verification. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact customer service immediately after receiving the proof if a discrepancy exists. If no confirmation by the factory is received, factory is not liable for final imprint of product. Artwork CANNOT be transferred from one customer’s file to another without the written permission from the original customer and/or owner of the original artwork.
RUSH ORDERS:
Orders which are needed sooner than the standard production time must clearly indicate the event date, ship date and shipping method on the purchase order. Production starts after approval of credit, art and/or proofs. Camera ready/approved artwork must be provided. Rush orders need prior approval from the factory. Contact our sales department for rush service on large quantities. Rush service for silk-screened and custom shape products under 5 days is not available. RETURNED CHECK POLICY:
There is a $40.00(z) charge for any returned check. Terms may be changed to prepayment with a Cashier’s Check or Money Order only for all future orders.
TERMS:
Payment terms are 1%-10, Net 30 with approved credit. First order requires either full payment in advance or 50% with order, balance pending on approved credit. A 1-˝% monthly service charge will be assessed on all invoices not paid within terms. Funds must be in U.S. dollars. Factory accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Accounts not in good standing may be subject to prepayment of orders.
CAMERA-READY ARTWORK:
‘Camera-ready’ refers to art and copy that is ready to be transferred to film without any retouching. Retouching includes art that has to be retraced, redrawn or reworked on the computer or by an artist. Images or type should be in black on a clean white background with at least 600 DPI (dots per inch). If artwork consists of several colors, a separate piece of art has to be supplied for each color along with a composite. Images have to be in exact position and to size or larger of the product imprint area. Colors have to be marked on each piece of artwork. Original art is reproduced using a high-resolution drum scanner. Any imperfection in the submitted camera-ready artwork will appear on the final product. Customer service will notify customer if camera-ready artwork needs corrections or if new art has to be submitted. Factory is not liable for final product appearance of customer’s submitted artwork if corrections are needed but not authorized.
COMPUTER ART:
No art charge will be applied if camera-ready artwork is supplied on disk or e-mailed. All artwork (logos and copy) must be complete and in the exact position required. Artwork provided by e-mail or on disk must be vectorized for spot colors; otherwise products will be run as four-color process. All fonts must be provided with the art, or type must be converted to path. If factory has to vectorize raster art, additional art charges may apply.
PRODUCTION TIME:

CAMERA-READY ARTWORK IS NOT:
Copies, hand sketches, FAX transmissions, poorly printed stationery, business cards, letter head, decals, photo copies and laser prints less than 600 DPI are NOT Considered CAMERA READY ARTWORK. If any of the above mentioned artwork is provided, and any retracing, redrawing or reworking has to be done, the following charges apply (v): Typesetting N/C Halftone Screens (Black & White photos) $40.00 per photo Color Separation (Photos & Transparencies) $75.00 per photo Custom Artwork & Retouching $50.00 per hour.
FULL COLOR IMPRINTS:
Full color imprints are only available on offset printed products. A color proof (such as a chromalin, color key, photo or printed piece) must also be provided for press matching. Factory has no liability for final product appearance unless proofs have been ordered and approved prior to production. See back page for art requirements.
COLOR/COPY CHANGES:
For Offset printed products add $20.00(v) per change per copy or color. See individual product page for minimum quantity. Copy change does not apply to change of logos or other special designs. To receive combined quantity pricing, the item, size, colors and shape must be the same.
LAYOUT:
Factory will layout copy to best fit image area unless camera-ready artwork is provided.
PLATE CHARGES:
The first plate is included on most items. See individual product page. There is one plate charge per additional imprint color of $20.00(v) for offset printed products.
PROOFS:
Proof prices listed below do not include art charges. There will be no additional art charges for an order placed after approval of actual products proofs. Proof/Sample approval must be in writing or production delay may occur. Factory will supply a proof for any order it deems necessary at N/C for layout and/or color for information only even if it is not requested. Factory is not liable for final product appearance unless a proof has been requested. The following types of proofs are available (v). Paper Proof (faxed or e-mailed): N/C Digital Proof: $40.00 per proof Press Sheet: $20.00 per color Actual Product Sample - Full Color: $50.00 per sample Actual Product Sample - Spot Color: $30.00 per color Actual Product Sample - Vinyl Magnets/Offset: $75.00 per sample Actual Product Sample - Vinyl Magnets/Silk-screen: $50.00 per color Actual Product Sample not available for all products; see individual product page. For custom shape products, any changes to dies may incur multiple die charges.
SPECIAL COLORS:
For each metallic or day-glow imprint or background color for offset printed products, include one additional running charge.
OVER AND UNDERRUNS:
Due to the nature of manufacturing, it is not always possible to produce the exact number of items ordered. Therefore, all orders are subject to a 5% over or under run and will be shipped and billed accordingly.
FREIGHT CHARGES:
Shipping weights shown in this catalog are approximations only. Billed shipping weights for items packed in oversized boxes may vary from actual shipping weight. Other variances may occur from product density, packaging and dimensional shipping weight based on carrier guidelines. Factory is not responsible for differences in final freight charges versus quoted estimates.
SHIPPING:
The F.O.B. point is Texas. Please specify mode of shipment desired. If no specific shipping instructions are given, the following guidelines will be followed: 1-200 lbs. - United Parcel Service will be used throughout the continent and Canada. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be by UPS Air Service or U.S. Postal Service. 200 lbs. and over - UPS Hundredweight Service or Truck. Unless specific shipping instructions are noted on an order, Factory reserves the right to ship by the mode determined to be most desirable. Factory reserves the right to use whatever means possible to accomplish deadline use date, when the customer cannot be contacted and/or no shipping method is given. For overnight shipments factory requires your airfreight number or your client’s account number to bill direct. Factory makes every effort to meet customer’s requested ship date. However, factory cannot be held responsible if carrier delays delivery. 1 Drop Shipment locations: $5.00(v) per location

LIABILITY CLAIMS:
All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery to the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within ten (10) days of the ship date. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly with the carrier.
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN:
Most products are made in Mexico. Country of origin marking on the product can be avoided by supplying a marking waiver letter. Contact customer service for more information.
SAMPLES:
All random sample requests will be shipped within 72 hours after request. Samples will be shipped ground unless otherwise requested. Expedited service requires your carrier account number or your credit card number. Factory will issue one overrun at N/C with every invoice for orders with new art or art changes. Any additional overruns requests will be shipped and billed accordingly.
TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT:
The customer accepts full responsibility for claims or litigation arising from alleged infringement of trademarks or copyrights on any requested design(s) or copy. In some cases a release letter may be required.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
Logos used in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs.
WARRANTY:
Factory will replace merchandise if defect is in materials, manufacturing or printing. Except for such replacement, the manufacture, printing, sale or subsequent handling of these products is without warranty or liability, even if such defects, damage or loss, is caused by negligence or other fault.
